Paint Booth Maintenance

Drake Mechanical recommends some of the following maintenance to be done on an annual or bi-annual basis depending on your usage and needs:

• Gas Pressures checked for proper levels and operation
• Combustion analyzer testing to check for proper flame burn and efficiency as per manufacturer specs
• Check operation of flame sensors be it a flame sensing rod or infra red eye
• Check operation of all safety devices such as high temperature limit ect.
• Check for error codes on burner controller
• Check and Change or Wash Filters depeding on what they are
• Check Belts
• Any other checks deemed necessary by manufacturer
