When it comes to a new system Drake Mechanical has a true one year test drive warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new heating and cooling system in the first year we will buy it back!
We recommend that you get your furnace serviced each fall to check for upcoming problems such as a cracked furnace heat exchanger, cleaning of the furnaces parts for better efficiency, check for proper amp draws on all the heating systems electrical parts and motors (if the amp draws are really high then there is signs of an upcoming failure). Our 30 point heating inspection covers these and much more! Checking and changing your furnace filter so that it is clean and can have proper air flow is an important part preventing furnace repairs, if your furnace filter is dirty then it has to work harder than it was designed to and this causes additional wear on electric motors and the heat exchangers can overheat and crack.
