Preventative Maintenance....

I know you hear many commercials and everyone tries to sell preventative maintenance to you.  Is it worth it?  In short , YES.  Whether it is your Plumbing, Heating or Air Conditioning system preventative maintenance IS important.  It keeps your home running smoothly, and helps identify leaks and issues before they turn into big ticket items that cost you lots of money?  When was the last time you were in your crawlspace?  Is there water leaking down there?  Ductwork that has fallen apart?  Mold and Mildew growing?  Only one way to find out.  Get down in there and do a thourough inspection of the plumbing piping that you can't see.  Your toilet or bathtub can leak and you will never see it until it is too late.  Too late is when the floor has rotted out and you have to have someone redo the floor in your bathroom.  Preventative maintenance plans can catch that early and get it repaired before it becomes an major issue.
