Drain Cleaning With Water?
There is more than one way to skin a cat so the phrase goes and that is the same with drain cleaning. Sometimes it is necessary to use water to clear a sluggish drain or grease filled drain. Hydrojetting or water jetting of sewer and drain lines is the process of using high pressure water (usually upwards of 3000 psi plus) to clear drain lines. There is a machine that has a pump on it, uses regular tap water, pressurizes the water and then using high pressure specially designed drain snake cable and nozzles the water comes out in a pattern that blows a hole in front of it and then cleans the side walls of the pipe behind it as it goes down. The water does a fantastic job of cleaning and scouring the sides of the piping and getting rid of grease ect.
