Hydrojetting or water jetting of sewer and drain lines is the process of using high pressure water (usually upwards of 3000 psi plus) to clear drain lines. There is a machine that has a pump on it, uses regular tap water, pressurizes the water and then using high pressure specially designed drain snake cable and nozzles the water comes out in a pattern that blows a hole in front of it and then cleans the side walls of the pipe behind it as it goes down. The water does a fantastic job of cleaning and scouring the sides of the piping and getting rid of grease ect.
