The same thing goes for your air conditioning system. Don't wait for your air conditioner to break down. Let us find the problems early and get them fixed before they get hot! Our residential A/C or Heating Maintenance Plan includes:

  • Adjust operating pressures
  • Adjust thermostat calibration
  • Tighten all electrical connections
  • Inspect condenser coil
  • Inspect condensate drains
  • Validate heat exchanger
  • Inspect the cooling coil if accessible
  • Clean or replace filter(s)**
  • Lubricate moving parts if applicable
  • Test all safety controls
  • Verify airflow
  • Measure temperature difference
