I called Shane at 2:19 to confirm that someone would be at the house at 2:30 to let him in. To my surprise, he was already done with the job and had put the stickers in the house. Not only was he not late, he was early and and finished before he was even supposed to be there. I've never had that kind of experience with any serviceman from any company. He was a total professional to work with, very polite and easy to communicate with. I can't thank you enough for helping me out with this.
