I called Shane at 2:19 to confirm that someone would be at the house at 2:30 to let him in. To my surprise, he was already done with the job and had put the stickers in the house. Not only was he not late, he was early and and finished before he was even supposed to be there. I've never had that kind of experience with any serviceman from any company. He was a total professional to work with, very polite and easy to communicate with. I can't thank you enough for helping me out with this. Just wanted to say that your service tech Mike Hayes here in Boise just installed a new outdoor AC unit for us, and he couldn't have been nicer. He got us the best deal possible and he and his assistant did excellent work, and got it done pretty quickly. I'm super happy with the service I got. So, a couple weeks ago I found out that I had a water line leak (outrageous water bill). Ugh.... I live in an old house and to say the least some of the plumbing is suspect and extremely difficult if not almost impossible to get to. With that I can't say enough for the service I got from Blake at Drake Mechanical! He had to rework the main shutoff valve to the house with next to no room to work, among replace the whole main line and keep the neighbor happy since for whatever reason the line and water meter go through their property. Blake was completely upfront about everything, always kept me in the loop, and worked two very long and nasty days while visibly sick just to make sure my water interruption was kept to less than a day (which it was). Did it cost a pretty penny, yes. But I can't explain how nasty of a job this was. The guy was totally professional and really took that extra step to make sure everything was done right and as quickly as possible. I really cannot endorse enough how happy I was with the service, and anyone looking for plumbing or contractor work I can't recommend Drake Mechanical enough!!
Our company has contracted with Drake Mechanical on two separate jobs. John Wright has been assigned to both issues. John should teach a class on customer service! His attention to detail, and technical expertise, (not to mention customer service), are among the best that I have experienced. I will not hesitate to refer friends, family, and business associates to Drake Mechanical.
I really feel it is because of the Ecobee thermostats that I have been able to really shave off unnecessary HVAC use easily and on a regular basis. (Boys and Girls Club of Boise saved $500 dollars this December over December of last year on natural gas)
